James focuses on adults over 50 who fall between Medicare and marketplace eligibility, and on families managing chronic conditions. He is trained in ACA plan comparison, short-term bridge coverage, and Medicaid renewal paperwork. He believes no one should sign anything they don't fully understand.

Elena is a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) trained under CMS guidelines. She works with Medicaid and CHIP applicants across the Southwest and specializes in helping mixed-status families understand what does and doesn't count under public charge rules.
