Built for the calls that don't fit a form.
We exist for the conversations the websites cannot have. Listen first, then help — that's the whole idea.
We built Meet Assistance for the calls that don't fit a form.
Most help lines are built for the easy cases — for people who already know which box to check. We started Meet Assistance because the people who need the most help are usually the ones least equipped to navigate a website.
Recently uninsured. Newly arrived. Released from a system. Between jobs. Between languages. Between paychecks. These are the conversations we built this service for.
We will never sell you something you don't need. We will never rush you off the phone. And we will never charge you a dollar.

How we work
Listen first.
Every call begins with the same question: what is actually going on? Recommendations come after we understand.
Free, no asterisk.
We are paid by the carriers and programs people enroll in — never by the people we serve. There is no version of this that costs you money.
No status checks at the door.
We don't ask about immigration status, income, or insurance history before we talk to you. None of that determines whether you deserve help.
Plain English, plain Spanish.
No jargon. No acronyms unexplained. If we use a word like "premium" or "deductible", we define it the first time.
To make U.S. health coverage feel possible for any adult — no matter where they are starting from — through patient, free, judgment-free guidance.
Who we work with
We coordinate with the public programs, licensed carriers, and community organizations that actually serve the people who call us.

Less of a hotline.
More of a hand.
Meet Assistance is built for the conversations the marketplace websites cannot have with you. We're here for the gray areas — the “I don't even know what to ask” calls.
Human-first
Every conversation starts with listening. Never a script, never a robot reading from a form.
Always free
We don't charge you. Ever. Programs and carriers compensate us when you choose to enroll — you pay the same as going direct.
Bilingual & patient
English and Spanish on the same line. Other languages by appointment. We slow down for whatever you need.
Community-connected
When insurance isn't the right answer this month, we point you to the community health center, financial assistance, or local program that is.
Real stories.
Real people. Real relief.
A few notes from people who wrote in when nothing else felt possible.
I lost my job in February and didn't know what to do. The person who replied to my email didn't make me feel stupid. She just listened, then walked me through a plan that cost less than my old one.
Llegué a este país hace siete meses. Nadie me había explicado el sistema en español sin prisas. Aquí lo hicieron. Mi hija ahora tiene cobertura.
I thought I made too much for Medicaid. Turns out my kids qualify for CHIP. The whole thing took one conversation and zero dollars.
I almost signed up for COBRA out of panic. Meet Assistance ran the numbers with me and found a marketplace plan that saved me $1,140 a month.
I've never had insurance in my life. I called expecting a sales pitch. I got a person who treated me like a person.
Después del huracán perdí mi trabajo y mi seguro. Ellos me ayudaron a inscribirme en Medicaid de emergencia el mismo día.
